I was excited to purchase this Bible and had hoped it would become my long-term Bible, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the overall quality.
Having used English Bibles for many years, I’ve become accustomed to high-quality Bible paper that is thin yet durable. The paper in this edition feels extremely cheap. The pages are so thin that they arrive bent, stick together, and tear easily when trying to separate them. It makes reading and handling the Bible frustrating instead of enjoyable.
The print also feels outdated, and the cover design looks like something from years ago. In 2026, I expected much higher production quality. With the advancements in printing, materials, and book design available today, there is little reason for a premium Bible to feel this dated.
The content itself may be excellent, but the physical quality doesn’t match what I expected. I truly wanted this to be a Bible I could use for years, but the materials leave me questioning how well it will hold up over time.

Because this edition contains two complete Bible translations in parallel, thin Bible paper is used to keep the book at a practical size and weight. However, pages arriving bent, sticking together, or tearing during normal use is not the experience we want our customers to have.
